Panelists:

Lucas Vandenberg, Founder and CEO, Fifty & Five — an award-winning social media marketing agency based in Los Angeles with their East Coast headquarters here in Orlando. Founded in 2009, the Fifty & Five team is comprised of social media experts and marketing thought leaders who work with international and national clients including: Game Show Network, Discovery Channel, Mattel, Microsoft, Hong Kong Tourism and Toys R Us to name just a few.

Scott Mann, CEO, HighForge. Scott began his path at The University of Florida with a BA in Creative Writing and English and a minor in Marketing. While attending, he became an early internet adopter in the 90’s and early 2000s by developing innovative websites and managing large online communities.

Ian Suárez, Graphic Artist, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. For more than seven years, Ian has applied his design skills in the business world. Aside from his graphic design role, Ian has aided the creation and management of various social media campaigns with an audience of more than 65,000 contacts including the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando and the grammy award winning band, Black Guayaba. In his role now at the Dr. Phillips Center, Ian helps implement and conceptualize the design and message for campaigns through social media, the online presence, print and collateral. 

Ed Cahill, Director of Digital Media, Orlando City Soccer. Ed is the Director of Digital Media for Orlando City Soccer Club. He has gone coast-to-coast and back in his career. Graduating from the University of South Carolina, he then moved to Seattle to work for the Seahawks (NFL) and Sounders FC (MLS) before moving down to Dallas where he worked for the Cowboys (NFL) while learning to tolerate country music and wear cowboy boots.

Mark Freid, CEO, Think Creative Inc., comes into the office every day with a single goal — to inspire the team to think creatively, work strategically and play nice (or else). He’s also in charge of convincing everyone that even the craziest ideas are worth considering, a skill he uses on team members and clients alike. Of all the things Mark does, what he loves most is building teams, empowering individuals and helping clients find their souls… and increase their sales. Besides driving the Think Creative ship, Mark serves on the Executive Committee for the Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center, writes short stories, runs long races (Ironman-long) and directs the occasional award-winning documentary (TradingHatredForHope.com).
